• Transfer by private van from Phuket International airport direct to hotel with Mandarin speaking Tour Guide
• Hotel check-in

D2 Meal : BF/LN/ DN

Activities day: Cooking class or Body Spa

• 06:30-10:00 Breakfast at hotel and F & E
• 10:45 Depart for Lunch with Mandarin speaking Tour Guide
• 11:30-12:30 Lunch at local restaurant
• 14:00-17:00 TTR Cooking Class 3dish
• 18:00-21:00 Dinner at local restaurant and explore Night Market return to hotel, F & E

D3 Meal : BF/LN/ DN

Body Detox Treatment day: need 6-8 hours : Nothing per Oral (no drink and no eat)

• 08:00 Transfer to Hospital with Mandarin speaking Tour Guide
• 09:00 Lab Body Detox and OligoScan
• 09:20 Breakfast at Hospital
• 09:50 Transfer to Central Floresta or Central Festival for shopping
• 10:00-12:00 Shopping @ Central Floresta
• 12:30-13:30 Lunch at restaurant
• 13:40 Return to hospital
• 14:00-18:00 Body Detox treatment
• 18:00-19:00 OligoScan and relax at hospital
• 19:00 Depart for dinner
• 19:30-20:30 Seafood Dinner at restaurant
